周大华
周大华:工学博士,中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院,副研究员。
研究领域
从事石墨烯红外光电探测器的研究,以期满足国防领域对红外探测器领域越来越苛刻的要求。瞄准红外应用领域的特殊场景需求,利用石墨烯等半导体材料的窄带系特征,开展大量红外探测器相关的探索研究性工作,并取得系列科研进展,获得科研项目、论文发表、专利申请等多项科研成果。
